Getting to know each other
- Seating challenge #1:
Sit in birthday order so that the person with the birthday closest to January 1 sits in Seat 1 (closest to the door). The year you were born doesn’t matter. Don’t skip seats! When everyone is seated, the student in Seat 6 (to to left of my desk) will raise his or her hand and report that the class is ready to begin.
**Door**
Seat 1 | | Seat 12
Seat 2 | | Seat 11
Seat 3 | | Seat 10
Seat 4 | | Seat 9
Seat 5 | | Seat 8
Seat 6 | | Seat 7
**Teacher** - We will do two more seating challenges in the next couple of classes! Point of these challenges:
– get to know each other
– have fun
– practice following instructions
– get an understanding of how computers take instructions
