I chose this quote because many of us are not the best, the smartest, the athletic, or the most talkative but we try we give in effort it’s like determination and hard work, I chose it because I’m not the stronger one but I work for it I put in my effect for it day in and day out put my mindset into being the fitness person working hard for it not letting someone else or anything get in my way because the day I no longer could work out is the day that I have to reach my muscle mass that I was dedicating my time and effort for every single day no stop, it’s like quitting is not an option because your fighting for what you want and how much effort your willing to put in.
